Dr Alex Tai

Dr Alex Tai completed his physician training at Monash Health, and has completed his infectious diseases training across different tertiary and secondary hospital settings, in both metropolitan and regional Australia (including in Central Australia). After obtaining his qualification, he completed an Infectious diseases research fellow position at Barwon health (involving investigator led and industry initiated clinical trials), and worked as a General medicine and Infectious diseases physician across Western regional Victoria, namely in Geelong and Ballarat. He is now based back in Melbourne and working predominantly in South Eastern Melbourne and West Gippsland as an Infectious diseases physician. He has also worked in field of public health with the Victorian department of heath and human services.
