Dr Danielle Wadley is an Australian trained Orthopaedic Surgeon focussing on foot and ankle surgery. She graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. During her orthopaedic training she undertook a Post Graduate Diploma of Sports Medicine, to complement her particular interest in sports foot and ankle injuries.
Dr Wadley went on to complete a clinical Fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery in Calgary, Canada, where she obtained additional experience in several highly regarded institutions throughout North America including the Hospital for Special Surgery, NYC and Duke University.
As an active member of the Women in Orthopaedics community, Dr Wadley participates in a variety of Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and Australian Orthopaedic Association activities such as the RACS Young Fellows Forum, orthopaedic trainee teaching, exam preparation and trainee selection. She is a regular contributor to medical research in both ongoing scientific papers and as an international reviewer for BJJ (Bone and Joint Journal UK) and FAI (Foot and Ankle International).
Dr Wadley has a passion for healthy and active living and encourages and motivates her patients to participate and invest in their health and well-being on a long term basis. She provides individual, personalised care using a variety of non-surgical and surgical strategies to achieve the best patient outcomes. To ensure patients are receiving optimum care, Danielle encourages close collaboration with all associated health professionals.
