Dr Julia Shkolnikova

Dr Julia Shkolnikova is an Australian trained Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises in hand and upper limb surgery.

Julia completed her medical degree with distinction, and after working as a junior doctor in Victoria and Queensland, she underwent five years of advanced training in Orthopaedic Surgery in Victoria. Following Orthopaedic training, Julia completed Hand and Upper Limb Fellowships in Townsville and the Gold Coast, a Microsurgical course in Singapore and attended multiple conferences and courses in hand and upper limb surgery. Julia provides treatment to a wide spectrum of hand and wrist conditions (including trauma and paediatrics) and is committed to ensuring the best possible outcomes for her patients. She is also dedicated to continuous professional growth, research and teaching.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys being a mum of two girls, art, nature and psychology. She fell in love with Queensland and adores living on the Gold Coast.
