Dr. Ferman has extensive knowledge and experience in General and Peri-operative Medicine. He obtained his primary medical degree from the University of Baghdad. After a long overseas experience he then migrated to Australia and began his physician training in Perth, Western Australia at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. Dr. Ferman continued his academic journey when he moved to South Australia, completing his Inflammatory Bowel Disease Fellowship at The Royal Adelaide Hospital. His drive then led him to Melbourne where he completed his advanced training in General and Acute care Medicine at Monash Health whilst also completing training in perioperative medicine from Monash University.
