Dr Asiri Arachchi is a specialist Colorectal Surgeon trained in Australasia. The breadth of training encompassed all aspects of colorectal surgery including:
benign and malignant colorectal resection,
pelvic exenteration,
proctology,
endometriosis,
gynaecological oncology,
pelvic floor and endoscopy.
Dr Arachchi has proficiency in laparoscopic (key-hole), open and robotic surgery.
He has completed training in:
General Surgery (FRACS)
Subspecialty training in Colorectal Surgery which included completing the prestigious colorectal training program CSSANZ (Colorectal Surgical Society of Australia and New Zealand).
His subspecialty training was at high volume colorectal units at:
