Mr Ash Moaveni

Mr Ash Moaveni has expertise in repairing and reconstructing Upper limb - Shoulder, Elbow & Wrist. 

Mr Moaveni works with GP's and allied health professionals to provide the orthopaedic treatments that most appropriately match a patient's condition, age, lifestyle, and goals. 

Ash is a Melbourne-trained Orthopaedic Surgeon, gaining his Fellowship in 2009. During his Orthopaedic training, he was awarded a number of Academic prizes for excellence, including the Victorian Branch Training Committee Registrar's Prize (AOA), the Young Ambassador Award (APOA) and the Alan Frederick Dwyer Prize (AOA).
Following the completion of his training, he commenced 3 prestigious International Fellowships in Hand and Wrist Surgery, Shoulder and Elbow Surgery and Upper Limb Sporting Injuries. He has worked with internationally renowned shoulder, elbow & wrist surgeons, both in Europe and North America. He has been an invited guest speaker at National and International meetings. He has published work relating to the management of shoulder, elbow & wrist conditions.
