Amely is a cardiologist focussing on non-invasive cardiology with a specific practice focus and expertise in echocardiography (ultrasound of the Heart). Amely graduated from Munich Medical School in 1986. She completed her Internal Medicine and Cardiology training in Munich and Boston, Beth Israel Hospital, Harvard Medical School. Combining outpatient and inpatient management, Amely works at the Northern Beaches Hospital. Her hospital work includes the management of patients with complex medical problems.
Amely has an interest in general cardiology and non-invasive cardiac diagnostics Including echocardiography and exercise stress echocardiography.
She has a long experience in performing and interpreting cardiac ultrasound, she also completed training in Internal Medicine as a General Physician focussing on pre-operative assessment and perioperative care.
