Dr Andrew Patten

Dr Patten was born in Charters Towers and raised in Brisbane. He has undertaken extensive training both locally and in the UK. His practice has a strong focus on arthroplasty surgery of the hip and knee, including:
- hip resurfacing for the treatment of arthritis
- sports medicine
- ligament reconstruction
- hip and knee arthroscopy
- trauma surgery

Dr Patten is committed to the treatment and ongoing management of patients with orthopaedic conditions. He currently is involved in general orthopaedic trauma management teams across Brisbane. Dr Patten is a visiting medical officer at the Prince Charles Hospital operating in hip, knee and trauma surgery. He has been a medical officer with Queensland Health for over 25 years
