Dr Ardalan Ebrahimi

A/Prof Ardalan Ebrahimi is a fellowship trained Endocrine and Head and Neck surgeon based in Canberra specialising in thyroid and parathyroid surgery, parotid and submandibular surgery, head and neck cancer and skin cancer. He studied medicine and graduated with Honours at the University of Western Australia before moving to Sydney for further training. 

Ardalan completed two advanced fellowship training at the Sydney Head & Neck Cancer Institute in Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney and Chris O’Brien Lifehouse Sydney, in thyroid and parathyroid surgery, head and neck cancer surgery and microvascular reconstruction.

He sought to further his training and skills in the United States, undertaking a Mayo Clinic Fellowship in head and neck surgical oncology and microvascular reconstruction.  He also obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) at Harvard University in Boston, and a PhD in the Australian National University.
