Associate Professor Asrar Ul Haq is an experienced Consultant and Interventional Cardiologist based in Melbourne's Knox Private Hospital and is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Melbourne.

A/Prof Asrar ul Haq is experienced in all types of angioplasties and coronary interventional procedures through femoral and radial access. He specialises in trans-radial approach. Having mastered his innovative techniques, he has helped establish radial programs in Australian hospitals and is frequently invited to deliver lectures internationally.
He has special interest in complex angioplasties including left main PCI and rotational atherectomy, as well as intracoronary imaging and physiology assessment using state of the art technologies such as OCT, IVUS and FFR.
