Dr Ben Johnson has particular expertise in the management of Paediatric Orthopaedic problems and trauma.
Ben successfully graduated from St. Bartholomew and The Royal London School of Medicine with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) degree in 2004. He completed his basic surgical training in 2008 and became a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (MRCS). He completed his Orthopaedic training on the Oswestry training rotation and was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (FRCS) and a member of the British Orthopaedic Association (BOA) in 2014.
He completed his fellowship in Paediatric Orthopaedics and Limb Reconstruction at The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) in Melbourne in 2016. Ben has continued his Orthopaedic practice in Melbourne and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons of Australia (FRACS) and a member of the Australian Orthopaedic Society (AOA) in 2019.
