Dr Christian Kenfield

Dr Christian Kenfield is a Melbourne based Hepatobiliary and Upper Gastrointestinal surgeon with a strong interest in both cancer and trauma surgery. Christian’s particular clinical interests include surgery of the liver, gallbladder, pancreas and stomach, surgery for GORD (gastric reflux), and Bariatric (weight loss) surgery. Christian also performs a large range of general surgical operations and works both in public and private practice.

Christian has spent several post fellowship years training with world renowned surgeons in both open and laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery across many fields. He also continues to be an active member of The Australian Army (Reserves).
