Dr Christopher Huang is a neurosurgeon focussing on spine and cranial pathologies, in both adults and paediatrics.
His aim is to help get you back on the road to recovery sooner. His friendly team will help you with efficiency and empathy - whatever you need to discuss, there will be someone who is able to assist.
He migrated to Sydney at a very young age from Taiwan before completing his schooling in Sydney and then obtaining Bachelors Degrees in Medical Science as well as Medicine and Surgery at the University of New South Wales and the University of Sydney respectively.
He remains passionate and actively involved in teaching and research, including previous work that obtained the Best Presentation Award at the World Federation Neurosurgical Society Symposium in Kuala Lumpur in 2018.
Christopher is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS), Australian Medical Association (AMA) and the Neurosurgical Society of Australasia (NSA).
Christopher commenced Neurosurgery training through the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and throughout training has worked at many major tertiary hospitals in Australia (focusing on all aspects of cranial and spinal surgery) including:
