Dr Chung-Yao Yu

Dr. Chung-Yao Yu is a practising general cardiologist with particular interest in general cardiology, cardiac CT and cardiac MRI. After graduating from UNSW Dr. Yu completed of residency St. George Hospital in Sydney, and advanced training in cardiology at Royal North Shore Hospital and Prince of Wales Hospital. He was the inaugural cardiac imaging fellow at St. Vincent's Hospital Sydney, specializing in cardiac CT and MRI. He completed a Phd in Cardiac Imaging in St Vincent's Hospital and Victor Chang Cardiac Institute. He was the recipient of the Heart Foundation Scholarship for his PhD.

Chung-Yao currently practises in St Leonards and Frenchs Forest. He is also involved in regional health and has monthly visiting clinics in Armidale and Grafton. He also involved in cardiac CT and MRI in multiple institutions including Port Macquarie and Canberra.
