A/Prof Cino Bendinelli

A/Prof Cino Bendinelli is a double certified General Surgeon specialising in endocrine surgery. He performs more than 200 minimally-invasive and traditional thyroid and parathyroid procedures per year. A/Prof Bendinelli obtained his Medical Degree with honours from the University of Pisa, Italy. He a European Union Specialist in General Surgery and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He operates at Newcastle Private Hospital and John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle, NSW, and has a particular interest in thyroid, parathyroid and neck surgery.

He has vast experience in laparoscopic (key-hole) management of gallbladder complaints, inguinal and incisional hernia, adrenal pathology and colon cancer.
