Mr Deepak Mehrotra is a specialist cardiothoracic surgeon who operates at Mount Hospital.
Mr. Mehrotra graduated with Honours after completing a medical degree and subsequently specialist qualification in General Surgery and Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgery in India. Mr. Mehrotra has worked extensively in various units in New Zealand including, Greenlane Hospital Unit, Wellington Hospital and Waikato (Hamilton) Hospital. He moved to Perth in 2012 and worked as a Consultant Cardiothoracic surgeon at various WA hospitals. Mr. Mehrotra has extensive experience of nearly 20 years in Cardiothoracic and vascular surgery. He has received advanced training in complex aortic diseases and their surgical management at various world-renowned Centre’s.
