Dr Adam Honeybrook

Dr Adam Honeybrook is a specialist Australian Head & Neck Surgeon and is United States double board certified in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ABFPRS) and Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery (ABOHNS).

He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS), and of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).

Dr Honeybrook performs advanced facial surgical procedures, tailoring each approach to individual clinical considerations and patient-specific needs.

In 2009, Dr Honeybrook completed a 6-year medical degree at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney. He then completed basic surgical training in Sydney at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in addition to sitting the United States Medical Licensing Examinations during this time. This provided Dr. Honeybrook the unique opportunity to train at several world-renowned hospitals throughout the United States.

From 2012 onwards, Dr. Honeybrook undertook a remarkable amount of training and accreditation in the United States, beginning with General Surgical training at Vanderbilt University Medical Centre. He then completed a highly selective 5-year specialist training position in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Duke University Hospital in North Carolina – which encompassed thorough subspeciality training in Head Neck Surgery as well as Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, including microvascular tissue transfer, oncologic facial reconstruction, maxillofacial trauma reconstruction, facial reanimation and reinnervation, and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr Honeybrook then completed an additional 2 years of accredited fellowship training dedicated purely to Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the United States.

Dr. Honeybrook completed his first Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at the prestigious Ivy League University of Pennsylvania under the auspices of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS). He completed an additional year of further fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Louisiana and became an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.
