Dr Dima Hamed

Dual training in general and acute care medicine.  Experience includes training at leading centres for airway disease, such as John Hunter Hospital, Blacktown Hospital, and Royal North Shore Hospital.  Completion of fellowship in sleep medicine at Prince of Wales Hospital.  Locations of practice: Nepean Hospital, Blue Mountains Hospital, and Nepean Private Hospital. Skills include procedures such as flexible bronchoscopy and endoscopic ultrasound-guided biopsies. 

Special interests include lung cancer, airway diseases, interstitial lung disease, and sleep medicine with focus on sleep apnea and complex sleep disorders.
