Dr Dylan Rajaratnam is a General Cardiologist with a special interest in cardiac imaging, including advanced echocardiography and multimodality imaging to support accurate diagnosis and tailored management of cardiovascular disease. He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine from the University of Newcastle in 2018 and has worked across both Sydney Local Health District and Southwestern Sydney Local Health District.
Dr Rajaratnam completed his Cardiology specialty training at Liverpool Hospital within Southwestern Sydney and is currently undertaking a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), focused on research that advances the clinical application of contemporary cardiac imaging techniques. He has published first-author papers and conference abstracts in peer-reviewed journals and remains actively engaged in clinical research and quality improvement.
In addition to his clinical and research work, Dylan is dedicated to medical education and mentoring. He holds an Associate Lecturer appointment at the University of New South Wales.
