Mr Elango Selvarajah is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with vast experience treating conditions/injuries/trauma of the foot and ankle.  He also performs anterior hip joint replacement.  Mr Selvarajah regularly operates from Knox Private Hospital and consults from Victorian Orthopaedic Associates accommodating urgent referrals including Workcover, TAC, DVA, private and uninsured patients.

Mr Elango Selvarajah is a leading Australia and New Zealand trained orthopaedic surgeon specialising in conditions of the foot and ankle, hip and trauma surgery.

Mr Elango Selvarajah also works as a Consultant orthopaedic surgeon at St Vincent’s Public Hospital Melbourne, where he provides tertiary level care for foot and ankle conditions, hip and trauma patients.  He is heavily involved in training and mentoring the next generation of orthopaedic surgeons as a training supervisor of orthopaedic training registrars and fellowship trainees.

Elango treats conditions of the foot and ankle.  He performs arthroscopic surgery of the foot and ankle, ligament and tendon reconstructions and fusion surgery. He uses minimally invasive surgical (MIS) techniques for forefoot and hind foot surgery. These minimally invasive techniques result in smaller wounds/scar with quicker recovery.
