Dr Touma joins Pine Rivers Private Hospital offering onsite initial consultations and tele-health options.
Dr Touma is a Consultant Psychiatrist, Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) and Accredited Member of the RANZCP Faculties of Adult and Addiction Psychiatry. Dr Touma is also a Fellow of the Australasian Chapter of Addiction Medicine with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FAChAM).
Dr Touma is an experienced psychiatrist with over 10 years of experience in mental health care. He specializes in mood disorders and addiction treatment, employing a holistic approach that integrates psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle adjustments. Dr. Touma promotes an empathetic approach and commitment to personalized treatment plans, aiming to empower patients on their path to well-being. Dr. Touma is also a Senior Lecturer with the University of Queensland, mentoring the next generation of mental health professionals. His dedication to compassionate care defines his practice.
Dr Touma will be available from January 2025, offering both inpatient admissions and outpatient appointments.
