Dr Fatemeh Sarmast

Dr Fatemeh Sarmast is a specialist physician in Rehabilitation Medicine who obtained her fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2020. With expertise in chronic pain management, she has gained valuable experience working at the Chronic Pain Unit at Nepean Hospital and Royal North Shore Hospital.

Dr Sarmast actively works with a team of expert pain specialist doctors at Sydney Pain Specialists and the highly experienced allied health team (physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and psychologists/counsellors) at The Hills Private Hospital, providing individualised multidisciplinary treatments for various pain conditions.

• Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine

• Interest in multidisciplinary management and formulation of a rehabilitation plan for chronic pain patients
