Dr Gawel Kulisiewicz

Dr. Gawel Kulisiewicz is a consultant Orthopaedic surgeon experienced in Hip and Knee replacement surgery, and treating sports-related injuries around the knee.

After successfully completing his training through the Australian Orthopaedic training scheme in 2008, Dr. Kulisiewicz underwent further training undertaking 3 Fellowships in 18 months overseas and in Australia. In London Ontario, under the tutelage of Professor Robert Bourne, Dr Kulisiewicz performed complex primary and revision hip and knee replacement surgery.

In the last 5 years, Dr Kulisiewicz has gained further experience, enabling him to offer his patients Direct Anterior Hip replacement surgery. He was also the first in Canberra to perform the Robotic Total Knee replacement in August 2018.
