Dr. Chana is an experienced and compassionate consultant Geriatrician dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of older adults. With over years of experience in Geriatric medicine, Dr. Chana provides comprehensive, holistic, patient-centred care tailored to the complex needs of ageing individuals.
Dr Chana completed his Basic Physicians training at Eastern Health, followed by Advanced training in Geriatric medicine through Western Health and Monash Hospital. Dr. Chana is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and holds active clinical roles in both hospital and community settings.
Dr. Chana is also actively involved in mentoring, and is committed to evidence-based practice, multidisciplinary collaboration, and empowering patients and families through education and shared decision-making.

He also provides outreach services to residential aged care facilities, including Community/Home visits and Telehealth, making it easier for patients and families to access specialist geriatric care regardless of location. This includes virtual consultations for cognitive assessments, second opinions, care planning, and follow-up reviews.
