Dr Liam Quinn

Liam is a paediatric surgeon providing specialist surgical care for infants, children, and adolescents. He completed his training in Australia and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in Paediatric Surgery.

Liam operates at Darwin Private Hospital, where he performs elective paediatric surgery. He also provides acute and elective paediatric surgical services across the Northern Territory through Royal Darwin Hospital and Palmerston Regional Hospital, with outreach to regional centres to support children and families closer to home.

As the only resident paediatric surgeon in the Northern Territory, he works closely with paediatricians, general practitioners, and regional clinicians to ensure coordinated care. He is a member of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS), the Australian and New Zealand Association of Paediatric Surgeons (ANZAPS), and the Australian and New Zealand Burns Association (ANZBA), and contributes to child safety and trauma systems as A board member of KidsSafeNT and research group roles within the NCCTRC.
