Dr Nayla Zia is a Rehabilitation Medicine Physician and Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. She works across inpatient, outpatient, and community rehabilitation settings, with clinical interests including spinal cord injury, brain injury, chronic pain, and complex medical rehabilitation.
She is actively involved in medical education and supervision of trainees and has held a number of faculty roles within the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine. Alongside her clinical work, she is completing a Master’s degree in Pain Management.
Dr Zia values a multidisciplinary, patient-centred approach to rehabilitation, with a focus on functional recovery, quality of life, and safe transition back to the community.
