Dr Pikli Brown is an Australian trained General Surgeon. She is passionate about patient advocacy and is privileged to accompany you on the healthcare journey. Pikli completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from the University of NSW with honors and was subsequently appointed as a conjoint lecturer. Dr Brown then attained her Masters of Surgery (Upper Gastrointestinal Surgery) through the University of Sydney.
After completion of general surgical training in Sydney, Dr Pikli Brown was awarded her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons (FRACS). Dr Brown then completed general surgical fellowship in rural NSW. She subsequently undertook further post-fellowship training at Joondalup Health Campus.
Pikli lives locally in the Northern suburbs of Perth with her husband and daughter. She is passionate about medical education and holds an academic position at the University of Notre Dame (Freemantle Campus) as the deputy domain chair of communication and clinical practice.
