Dr Stephanie Flukes grew up in Tasmania. She graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2010 with first class honors in Medicine and Surgery, before subsequently moving to Perth and completing her training in Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery with the Royal Australian College of Surgeons.
Stephanie undertook additional fellowship training in Head & Neck Surgical Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York. This is regarded as one of the top cancer centers in the world, and Stephanie is the one of very few Australian surgeons to graduate from this prestigious program.
Stephanie treats all general adult and paediatric ENT problems. She has a particular interest in the management of head and neck cancers, salivary gland disease, and thyroid disease. She also works at Fiona Stanley Hospital and operates at various other private hospitals around Perth, including The Mount Hospital.
Outside of her professional work, Dr Flukes enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the beautiful natural landscapes of Perth. She is dedicated to maintaining a healthy work-life balance, which allows her to provide the best possible care to her patients.
