As part of his specialist orthopaedic training, Dr Ye completed a six-month clinical term in paediatric orthopaedics at Shriners Children’s Hospital in Portland, Oregon. During this appointment, he gained extensive clinical experience in paediatric orthopaedic care and developed a particular interest in adolescent and paediatric shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand conditions.

Dr Ye completed specialist orthopaedic training and became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and the Australian Orthopaedic Association in 2020. He subsequently completed four subspecialty fellowships in:

  • Hand, wrist and microsurgery

These fellowships provided advanced subspecialty training across the full spectrum of shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand surgery in adults and children.
