Dr Zubair Hasan

Dr Hasan is an adult and paediatric ENT surgeon with further interests in Otology and Head & Neck Surgery. Originally from Sydney, he trained initially in General Surgery before switching to Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery (ENT) which he completed in 2021 through the Victorian training program. He received the Hugh Johnston Travel Fellowship, a combined scholarship from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons/American College of Surgeons, allowing him to observe practice at the Otology departments in Duke University Hospitals in Durham, North Carolina, and Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston, Massachusetts. 

Dr Hasan has experience working as a consultant ENT surgeon in a number of large adult and paediatric teaching hospitals including the Royal Children’s Hospital, Monash Health, Eastern Health and Alfred Health in Melbourne and the John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle. Having lived and worked across various cities and regions in Australia, Zubair can relate to patients from diverse backgrounds, enhancing his ability to provide high-quality patient-centered care.
