Dr Farzaan Mehta (MBBS, FRANZCP) is a consultant Psychiatrist with experience in the management of a variety of psychiatric conditions.

Dr Mehta completed undergraduate medical training in Adelaide and postgraduate training in Psychiatry in Sydney, prior to obtaining her Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists in 2008. Dr Mehta has extensive experience and special interests in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, perinatal psychiatry, and women’s mental health.

Dr Mehta has experience working in both public and private settings. Dr Mehta provides high quality psychiatric care with an emphasis on comprehensive, holistic, and collaborative treatment to help her patients achieve optimal mental health and well-being.

Dr Mehta is available to assess and manage diverse patient presentations from ages 17 to 65 years.
