Dr Francis Chai

Dr Francis Chai graduated from medical school at the University of WA in 1992. He qualified as a surgeon with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) in the field of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery in 1999.

Francis undertook further surgical training at the New York University (NYU) School of Medicine, USA from 2000-2001. The Department covers NYU Tisch Hospital, Bellevue public Hospital and the Veteran's Affairs Hospital. He was awarded first prize for his presentation from the New York Head and Neck Society.

Francis has been in private practice since 2002 and he manages the full spectrum of general adult ENT conditions. He has a particular interest in tumours of the parotid, having performed 650 + cases.
