Dr Gerard Weber is a rehabilitation medicine physician in spinal cord injury and general rehabilitation services. He is an Adjunct, Clinical Senior Lecturer, School of Medicine, Sydney, and the University of Notre Dame.
In 1992, Dr Gerard Weber attended the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka and was awarded his Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery with Honours. In 1994 Gerard commenced an Internship at National (Teaching) Hospital, Colombo Sri Lanka. In 1995 he successfully completed Australian Medical Council MCQ & Clinical examination in respectively. In 1998 Gerard commenced training in Rehabilitation Medicine as a registrar at Westmead Hospital, Royal Rehabilitation Centre, Hornsby Hospital and St Joseph’s Hospital, Auburn. In 2001 he was awarded a Fellow of The Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine.
Dr Gerard Weber worked as a staff Specialist, Spinal Unit, Prince of Wales and Prince Henry Hospitals, Sydney and Visiting Medical Officer, Metropolitan Rehabilitation Hospital, Petersham.
