Gregory is a consultant in Occupational Psychiatry, providing occupational psychiatry assessments at the industrial level and as an advisor on workplace function. He is also engaged by Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Authority for assessments at professional level. He has been engaged by Civil Aviation Safety Authority to advise on policy development and provides opinions and advice on psychiatric aspects on aviation medicine.
Gregory is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and has a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (University of Queensland)
