Dr Greg Couzens completed his degree at The University of Queensland. After being selected for advanced training in Orthopaedics, he served as a Fellow in Hand Surgery at the Derbyshire Royal Infirmary, and as a Fellow in Hand and Microsurgery at Royal North Shore Hospital.
He completed his hand surgery training in Brisbane as the Hand and Upper Limb Fellow at the Princess Alexandra Hospital.
Greg Couzens is currently completing his PhD in wrist biomechanics in the Institute of Health & Biomedical Innovation at the Queensland University of Technology. He is a founding member and director of the Brisbane Hand and Upper Limb Research Institute, and has published a number of peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters.
He is a reviewer for the Journal of Hand Surgery (European volume) and the Journal of Engineering in Medicine, and a regular contributor to scientific meetings on hand and wrist surgery.
