Dr Hannah North

Dr Hannah North graduated from The University of Sydney with honours in 2005. She completed her ENT training in NSW in 2014. To develop her skills further, Dr North completed two fully funded fellowships. The first year was in Paediatric Otolaryngology at Princess Margaret Hospital in Perth where she developed expert knowledge in managing paediatric airways and performing cochlear implant surgery.

Her second fellowship was in Otology, Neurotology and Lateral Skull Base Surgery with the Manchester Skull Base Unit in the UK, one of the largest centres in the UK for this type of work. In 2010, Dr North was awarded her Masters of Surgery from the University of Sydney after completing a research project studying the development of the inner ear hair cells in conjunction with the Ear Institute of University College London. For this research she secured a Project Award Grant from the Garnett Passe Memorial Foundation
