Dr Isuru Nammuni

Dr Nammuni has expertise in all areas of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery including peripheral arterial disease, aneurysmal disease, dialysis access surgery, lower limb ulcers and diabetic feet, carotid disease and stroke prevention, and varicose veins. He has a particular clinical interest in minimally invasive endovascular and endovenous surgery.

After completing his undergraduate medical degree and vascular surgical training in Australia and Cambridge UK, he completed a fellowship in advanced aortic and peripheral endovascular surgery in Leipzig Germany. He returned to Sydney in 2012 and has worked since then as a VMO Vascular Surgeon at RPA, The Mater Hospital, and Dubbo Hospital, and at the Northern Beaches Hospital since its opening in 2018.

Dr Nammuni is heavily involved with research and teaching, and is the supervisor of training for vascular surgery at RPA. Dr Nammuni has consulting rooms and a dedicated vascular ultrasound lab at Northern Beaches Vascular on Level 6 of the Northern Beaches Hospital.
