Dr James Ledgard

James is a Plastic Surgeon super specialising in hand and wrist surgery. He completed his 5 year Plastic Surgery programme in Sydney before a further 2 years fellowship training with plastic and orthopaedic surgeons both internationally and locally. He looks after all conditions of the hand and wrist including carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger fingers, mucous cysts and Dupuytren’s. He also performs skin cancer excision and reconstruction anywhere on the body.

James works in both the public and private hospitals at the North Shore campus in Sydney and visits the Northern Rivers region 4 days per month, including operating at Tweed Day Surgery.

James is married with two young children. They love travelling the coast as a family.
