Dr Jason Chinnappa is an orthopaedic surgeon focusing on management of adult and paediatric patients with problems affecting their hips and knees. Dr Chinnappa also looks after lower limb deformities and contractures in children, and adults with neuromuscular problems (e.g. Cerebral Palsy, HSP, Post-stroke).
Dr Chinnappa grew up in Sydney before finishing his medical degree in Melbourne and then completing the AOA orthopaedic surgery training program in NSW, Australia. He has since undertaken further advanced Hip & Knee Reconstruction and Replacement fellowship in Sydney, Australia before moving to Paris, France to complete an international fellowship in Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery.
Dr Chinnappa is dedicated to treating patients of all ages. Given his advanced training in lower limb surgery for both adults and children, he is particularly well equipped to treat hip problems and sports knee problems in children, adolescents and adults.
