Dr Jefferson Webster

Dr Jefferson Webster is a consultant Neurosurgeon at Brisbane Private Hospital. Dr Webster consults at Upper Mount Gravatt, Cleveland, Ipswich, Toowoomba and North Lakes.

Dr Webster was trained in Brisbane, Melbourne and Townsville obtaining FRACS in 2006. Dr Webster completed a post graduate fellowship training at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane and University of Pittsburgh Minimally Invasive endoNeurosurgery Centre, Pittsburgh USA.

Dr Webster has a particular clinical interest in Minimally Invasive and Minimal Access Surgery for the brain, skull base and spine. Dr Webster has undertaken post fellowship training in Skull Base and Spine Surgery using endoscopic techniques and minimally invasive strategies to access skull base and pituitary tumours, cranial nerve disorders, complex spine and vascular pathologies. Various technologies including stereotactic navigation, intra-operative imaging and nerve integrity monitoring are used to assist the surgery. He is appointed as Visiting Consultant Neurosurgeon to Princess Alexandra Hospital and is a Certified Independent Medical Examiner.
