Dr Kavita Maravar

Dr Kavita Maravar is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. She completed her Bachelors in Medicine (MBBS) degree from the University of Mumbai, India and followed this by undertaking a Master’s Degree in Medicine & Human Reproduction from the University of Sydney.   

Kavita underwent specialist training at the Western Sydney Local Health district to obtain her Fellowship Royal Australia & NZ College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG).  

Kavita likes to impart evidence-based knowledge to women through appropriate care at every stage of their life and is passionate in uplifting women’s overall health. She can offer care to women in the following areas:

Young women:

• Menstrual issues
• Contraceptive advice
• Pap smears

Reproductive age group and Pregnant Women:

• Prenatal Care
• Antenatal Care
• Postpartum Care

Mature Women:

• Perimenopause
• Menopause
