Dr Kevin Fagan

Dr. Kevin Fagan is a highly experienced Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist who performs diagnostic and interventional gastroscopy and colonoscopy. With a particular focus on liver disease, he is dedicated to the diagnosis and management of its various complications.

Dr. Fagan graduated with Honors and Distinction from the University of Southampton in 2003. He completed his specialist training in the Wessex Deanery, England, and undertook a Doctor of Medicine degree, researching at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane. During this time, he also served as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland.

Dr. Fagan further refined his expertise with a liver transplant fellowship at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh and was awarded Membership of the Royal College of Physicians in Gastroenterology in 2016. From 2017 to 2022, he worked as a Consultant Hepatologist at University Hospitals Plymouth before returning to Australia.

He holds Fellowship status with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and is certified by the Conjoint Committee for the Recognition of Training in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy to perform gastroscopy and colonoscopy. Dr. Fagan is passionate about preventative medicine and is dedicated to working closely with patients to optimise their health and wellbeing.
