Dr Krish Santhirakanthan, a Rehab Medicine Physician trained in Australia, now practices in Canberra. He earned his medical degree from James Cook University, dedicating six years to serving in rural and remote regions, gaining vast expertise. After his studies, he completed his internship and specialist training in rehab medicine at the University of Canberra Hospital, where he holds appointment as a Staff Specialist.
Dr Santhirakanthan is particularly passionate about neurological rehabilitation, spinal cord injury medicine, amputee rehabilitation, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and the reconditioning of patients recovering from medical illnesses, surgeries, and trauma.
