Dr Maneesha Bhullar

Dr Maneesha Bhullar is a consultant gastroenterologist and hepatologist in general and acute care medicine who combines private practice with her appointment at the Gold Coast University Hospital. 

Maneesha has a particular interest in inflammatory bowel disease and nutritional gastroenterology. She is experienced in managing all aspects of GI care including irritable bowel syndrome, iron deficiency anaemia, bowel cancer screening and gastrointestinal bleeding.

She provides gastroscopy and colonoscopy services and has a very committed interest in providing an integrated and multidisciplinary approach to optimising gastrointestinal health by improving nutritional care in an extremely supportive and supervised environment.

Maneesha graduated with a degree in medicine from the University of Melbourne in 2008. As a medical student, she was nominated for the Young Investigators Award by the Australian Gastroenterology Society.
