Dr Matthew Stanowski

Dr Stanowski is a urologist consulting in Revesby and Liverpool. He operates at Sydney South West Private, Campbelltown Private and Hurstville Private Hospitals as well as working at Campbelltown Public Hospital.

He is a graduate of Sydney University and completed his urological training in New South Wales, with the majority of training in West and South West Sydney. During his training he was awarded as NSW Junior Doctor of the Year (2011)

He completed a dedicated overseas Uro-Oncological Robotic Fellowship in a high volume UK unit. He is proficient in robotic radical prostatectomy with extended node dissection, robotic partial nephrectomy, robotic cystectomy with extended node dissection and robotic ureteric re-implantation.

During this time presented at several international conferences and was an invited plenary speaker to BAUS 2019 meeting.

He has a keen interest in teaching is a current clinical tutor and examiner at Western Sydney University and runs weekly teaching sessions for local registrars.

He is caring and focused on providing individually tailored management for his patients. He keeps up to date with latest evidence so that he can guide his patients and their family through the variety of treatments that are available to get the best possible outcomes.
