Dr Melissa Wong

Dr Melissa Wong graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1993. She undertook her specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecological training at the Royal Womens’ Hospital and Box Hill Hospital. Melissa completed additional subspecialist training in infertility and holds a Masters degree in Reproductive Fertility from the University of New South Wales, and a Graduate Diploma in Health and Medical Law at the University of Melbourne.

Melissa is a general gynaecologist and her expertise includes management of heavy and painful periods, IUD insertions, abnormal Pap smears and colposcopy, and menopausal symptoms. Operative procedures performed include laparoscopy, D&C and LLETZ procedures. Melissa has a special interest in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, including IVF, ovulation induction, donor insemination, recurrent miscarriage, polycystic ovarian syndrome and male infertility.
