Mr Michael Issac

Mr Michael Issac is a breast, endocrine and general surgeon whose aim is to provide the level of care he would expect his own family to receive.
He completed his MBBS at the University of Melbourne in 1999 and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2008.  He then undertook post-fellowship training in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland in the areas of breast, endocrine, head & neck, colorectal, advanced laparoscopic surgery and endoscopy. Mr Issac has also worked as a consultant at Liverpool and Campbelltown Hospitals in New South Wales and at St Vincent’s Public Hospital in Victoria.

His main areas of interest are breast and endocrine surgery and he is trained in oncoplastic breast surgery.

Mr Issac is the head of the Breast Surgery Unit at Northern Health.
