Mr Michael Wong

Dr Michael Wong is a well-respected neurosurgeon and spinal surgeon. He is highly experienced in treating cranial and spinal conditions and has further interest in complex and minimally invasive spinal surgery. He has pioneered latest techniques in treating complex spinal disorders.

Dr Wong received his undergraduate medical training at the University of Adelaide. He completed an additional year of research and was awarded an Honours Degree in Bachelor of Medical Science.

Dr Wong completed his neurosurgery training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and he then completed a fellowship in brain tumour surgery in Tokyo, Japan after which he gained further experience in complex spinal surgery in Germany, France and Austria.
