Dr Mohan Arianayagam

Dr Mohan Arianayagam is accredited as a Surgeon of Excellence at the Centre of Excellence in Urology at Norwest Private Hospital. This achievement highlights the essential role he plays in supporting patients' care and his dedication to promoting their wellbeing.

Dr Mohan Arianayagam graduated from the University of Sydney and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2010. After completing his urology training in NSW, Dr Arianayagam then spent two years at the University of Miami, USA, where he trained to be a Urologic Oncologist (Urologic Cancer Surgeon).

Dr Arianayagam performs keyhole (laparoscopic) surgery for kidney cancers including total and partial removal of the kidney. Aside from minimally invasive surgery, he also performs major open surgery for cancers of the urinary system.

He primarily treats patients with urological cancers but also manages patients with general urological complaints like prostate problems, difficulty with passing urine, kidney stones and also performs vasectomy.
