Dr Narayan Karanth

Dr Narayan Karanth is a Medical Oncologist who has been providing oncology care in Darwin since May 2010. He provides comprehensive Medical Oncology care through the NT Medical Specialist consulting suites and inpatient consultations at both Royal Darwin Hospital and Darwin Private Hospital and Chemotherapy services.

Dr Karanth is an overseas trained physician, who completed his Medical Oncology training (DM) at Tata Memorial Cancer centre, Mumbai India from 2004- 2007. He cleared the European Society of Medical Oncology certification course in 2007, in 2nd position globally (ECMO). Further advanced training Medical Oncology was completed (FRACP) from 2008- 2010 at Flinders Medical Centre, Adelaide.
